Getting Started

Welcome to our platform. This help center is designed to assist you with everything you need to know about buying, selling, and managing your account. Whether you are a first-time visitor or a returning user, you will find answers to all common questions here.
Creating an Account
To create an account click the Sign Up button on the top right corner of the homepage. Enter your full name, email address, and a strong password. You will receive a verification email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to activate your account. If you do not receive the email check your spam folder or request a new verification link from the login page.
Logging In
Visit the login page and enter your registered email and password. If you have forgotten your password click Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email. For security reasons your account will be temporarily locked after five failed login attempts.
Setting Up Your Profile
After logging in go to your account settings to complete your profile. Add your display name, profile photo, and contact details. Keeping your profile updated helps sellers and buyers trust you more on the platform.
Buying on the Platform
Browsing Products
You can browse products by category using the navigation menu or by using the search bar at the top of the page. Use filters to narrow results by price, rating, brand, location, and availability. You can also sort results by newest, most popular, or lowest price.
Adding to Cart
When you find a product you like click Add to Cart. You can continue shopping and add multiple items from different sellers. To view your cart click the cart icon at the top right. You can update quantities or remove items from your cart at any time before checkout.
Placing an Order
When you are ready to purchase go to your cart and click Proceed to Checkout. Review your items, select your shipping address, choose a delivery method, and select your payment option. Once you confirm your order you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and estimated delivery date.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support payments via PayPal, bank transfer, and selected mobile wallets. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by going to My Orders in your account dashboard and clicking Track Order next to the relevant order. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it if it has not yet been processed by the seller. Go to My Orders, select the order, and click Cancel Order. If the order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
Selling on the Platform
Becoming a Seller
To start selling click Become a Seller on the homepage or in your account menu. Complete the seller registration form with your business name, contact information, and bank account details for payouts. Your application will be reviewed within 1 to 2 business days.
Creating a Product Listing
Once approved go to your Seller Dashboard and click Add New Product. Fill in the product title, description, price, category, stock quantity, and upload clear product images. Make sure your description is accurate and detailed to help buyers make informed decisions. Listings that violate our policies will be removed without notice.
Managing Your Inventory
You can manage all your products from the Inventory section of your Seller Dashboard. Update stock quantities, edit prices, pause listings, or delete products that are no longer available. Keeping your inventory updated prevents cancelled orders and negative reviews.
Processing Orders
When a buyer places an order you will receive a notification via email and in your dashboard. Go to Orders in your Seller Dashboard to view order details. You must confirm and dispatch the order within the timeframe specified in your seller agreement. Upload the tracking number once the item is shipped.
Seller Payouts
Payments are released to your registered bank account after the buyer confirms receipt or after the return window closes, whichever comes first. Payouts are processed every Monday and Thursday. You can view your earnings and payout history in the Payments section of your dashboard.

Seller Performance

We monitor seller performance based on order fulfilment rate, response time, return rate, and customer ratings. Maintaining high performance ensures your listings remain visible and eligible for promotional placement. Sellers with consistently poor performance may have their accounts suspended.
Returns and Refunds
How to Return an Item
To return an item go to My Orders, find the order, and click Request Return. Select the reason for return and upload photos if the item is damaged. Your return request will be reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved you will receive return shipping instructions.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned item your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received an item that is damaged or not as described contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Go to My Orders, select the order, and click Report a Problem. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.
Account and Security

Changing Your Password

Go to Account Settings and click Change Password. Enter your current password followed by your new password. Choose a strong password that includes uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not share your password with anyone.
Two Factor Authentication
We strongly recommend enabling two factor authentication for added security. Go to Account Settings, click Security, and enable Two Factor Authentication. You will receive a verification code on your phone each time you log in from a new device.
Deactivating Your Account
If you wish to deactivate your account go to Account Settings and click Deactivate Account. Your account and all associated data will be hidden. You can reactivate at any time by logging back in. If you wish to permanently delete your account contact our support team.
Notifications and Communication
Managing Notifications
You can control which notifications you receive by going to Account Settings and clicking Notifications. Toggle on or off email notifications, SMS alerts, and in-app notifications for orders, promotions, messages, and account activity.
Contacting a Seller
To contact a seller go to their product listing and click Ask a Question or visit the seller's store page and click Contact Seller. Messages are delivered through our internal messaging system. Sellers are expected to respond within 24 hours.
Reporting a Problem
If you encounter suspicious activity, a fraudulent listing, or inappropriate content click the Report button on the relevant listing, review, or user profile. Our moderation team will review your report within 48 hours and take appropriate action.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Options
Shipping options and costs vary by seller and location. Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Express delivery options may be available for an additional fee depending on your location and the seller.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date first check your tracking information. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item contact us within 72 hours. We will open an investigation with the courier and follow up within 3 business days.
International Shipping
Some sellers offer international shipping. Delivery times and costs for international orders vary. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Promotions and Discounts
Using a Coupon Code
At checkout enter your coupon code in the Promo Code field and click Apply. The discount will be applied to your order total. Coupon codes are case sensitive and can only be used once unless stated otherwise. Expired or invalid codes will not be accepted.
Loyalty Points
Every purchase earns you loyalty points that can be redeemed on future orders. You can view your points balance in your account dashboard. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
