TECNO T353 High-Efficiency digital button phone
The Tecno T353 High-Efficiency digital button phone is a next-generation communication platform designed to deliver secure, reliable, and high-speed digital connectivity for industrial, enterprise, educational, smart city, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Engineered with a modular architecture, the system integrates wired and wireless communication technologies with intelligent network management to ensure uninterrupted data transmission, low latency, robust cybersecurity, and energy-efficient operation. It supports Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.x, and optional 4G LTE or 5G connectivity, enabling seamless communication across a wide range of deployment environments.
At the core of the system is a Quad-Core ARM Cortex-A55 processor running at 1.8 GHz, complemented by 4 GB DDR4 RAM and 32 GB eMMC storage, expandable via a MicroSD card. The hardware includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports, USB Type-C, RS-232, RS-485, and CAN Bus interfaces, making it compatible with diverse industrial and enterprise communication equipment. Security is enhanced through AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, Secure Boot, a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), integrated firewall protection, and Virtual Private Network (VPN) support, ensuring secure end-to-end communication and protection against unauthorized access.
The Techno T353 operates on an embedded Linux operating system and supports widely used communication protocols including MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, SNMP, and REST APIs. It also provides cloud connectivity, remote diagnostics, over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates, user authentication, role-based access control, and a centralized device management dashboard for efficient monitoring and maintenance. An optional 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels can be integrated for local configuration and monitoring.
Designed for reliability in demanding environments, the system operates from a 12–24 V DC power supply with a maximum power consumption of only 15 W. It functions efficiently in temperatures ranging from –20°C to +70°C and humidity levels between 10% and 95% (non-condensing). The rugged IP65-rated enclosure protects the device from dust and water ingress, making it suitable for industrial installations and outdoor deployments.
