Refund and Returns Policy


The core value of our business drive is to ensure you are 100% satisfied and delighted with your purchase. So, if we fall short of this commitment and you are not satisfied with an item that you have taken delivery of, or you change your mind within the stipulated return period for an item, we are happy to assist.

For the purpose of this document, the return shall be interpreted as;

An exchange of an already purchased item for a refund, or for an Obejor Computers credit for the full purchase price, or for exchange with another identical or different item within the same category. Returns could mean repairs, exchange for an upgrade, or acceptance of item plus compensation with an Obejor Computers discount voucher or similar. Return Policy

Complaints After 7 Days Return Timeframe Has Past

For product complaints outside 7 days in relation to defective items, you may:

  • Visit an authorized service center to obtain a warranty. If the service center is not in your location, you may choose to contact the Obejor computers helpline
  • Contact us so we can assist in getting a resolution from the service center. Return Policy

Please Note: You will be responsible for the shipping cost and cost of repair (where the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty). obejor computers will not replace or issue a refund for items that fall into this category.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

Ø Products that have been altered from their original or opened by unauthorized personnel without permission.

Ø Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).

Ø Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the delivery personnel.

Ø Products damaged due to misuse.

Ø Products in beauty, health and personal care category.

Ø Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.
